Our award winning Paradigm and crew are at it again, this time making an appearance in Keokuk County!  Brain Novak and crew are busy crushing 6.5 miles of road on V67 from Harper north to Hwy 22.  This project involves removal and crushing of existing concrete road.  Keokuk County is trying something new in Iowa.  They are going to brand the crushed product into 12" of subgrade to stabilize the grade.  It will then be up to a sub-contractor to complete the y box culverts and pipe crossings that need to be removed and replaced.  When they are finished with the box culverts, we'll come back to pave and shoulder the 6.5 mile stretch.  The estimated completion time is the end of August.
