This project is the new construction of Hwy 20 from existing Hwy 65 going east to the Iowa River totaling 10.5 miles.

Panch's crew managed to get a start on this project toward the end of the 2001 season.  They started again in the early spring of 2002.

This project is basically split into 3 sections.  Two of the sections are complete, but the crew had to move out until the the dirt and bridges are complete in the last section.  The project is expected to be complete this fall.
