Manatt's Mirror - August 2003

Jason Reever has been hired to replace JC as Controller. JC plans to retire on December 31, 2006. Jason will spend the time between now and then learning the accounting functions of Manatt’s as well as our sister companies. Currently he is helping Jon Peterson computerize the Tire Department and working on a paper flow layout.

Jason has his CPA certificate (inactive) from Iowa. He graduated from Bemidji (MN) State University with a BS in Accounting and earned his MBA (with an emphasis in Accounting) from St. Cloud (MN) State University.

Jason is married to Roni and has three children; Kaila, starting 9th grade, Justian, starting 8th grade, and Kuria, starting 5th grade. Roni has recently graduated from college and will be looking for work in the computer-programming field.

The family presently lives in Fairfield. They have been looking for a home to rent or buy in the BGM school district, but that has not been easy. They would like a four-bedroom home in the country. Jason has been the president of the Walton Club (golf course) in Fairfield, the Jaycees, the local Booster Club, and as a volunteer coach, coaching children’s sporting events.
