| As
we are well into the busy season, the weather is getting
hotter and the days are getting longer. We need to remember
to check tire pressures regularly as low tires build up heat
and can blow out causing costly down time & expense.
Also, make sure that the Tire Inspection Reports are getting
turned in weekly. I like to have the tires checked before
you start the day.
For
example - Monday morning seems to work the best as many of
the trucks sit over the weekend and if you have a problem,
it will show up then. If a tire is low or flat, you need to
get it fixed as soon as possible. |
|
| On
the bottom of the inspection reports is a place to write
down if you need something. Most of you drivers are doing a
good job turning them in this year, so keep up the good work
as this saves the Company time and money!
Also,
remember our mission: “To SAFELY do everything we do
better than anyone else.”
Have
a great season! |
