Another season is coming to a close, which means it is time to start thinking about next year.  Hopefully, the weather will be a little more cooperative and work will begin sooner than this past year.

Thanks to all of you who were selected for drug or alcohol screens.  I know it is an inconvenience, but the Federal DOT requires it and they keep a close watch on our compliance.  The up side to the tests is that your name goes into the drawing pool each time you provide a test and improves your chances to win some $.

We are still looking for a mechanic for the Newton Asphalt crew.  If you know of a good potential applicant, please send him/her our way.

Don't forget to look at the schedule of Wellness testing dates and locations to ensure that you take advantage of the maximum amount of health insurance paid by the company.  If you have questions concerning health insurance, 401K plan, FLEX, or unemployment, please give us a call.  Be safe and we'll see you next year.
