On October 13th,  Joe Yuhas, Loss Control Consultant from Liberty Mutual Insurance, paid us another visit and awarded $10 Gas Cards to Rick Jones, Mike Moore, and Roy Glosser. Rick was on a paving job in Ankeny, Roy was at the Altoona Plant and Mike was also at the Altoona Plant. Criteria for the card was being observed with seat belt on, Hard hat and safety glasses on when outside the truck and getting in and out of the truck using three points of contact for Rick and Roy. Mike got his because he had his seat belt on.  Mike drives a belly dump so he wouldn't be getting in and out like the ready mix guys.  Rick and Roy drive Ready Mix trucks.
