On Friday, October 25th, Manatts Inc. held their 7th annual Salsa Contest. We had eleven entries this year, compared to twelve a year ago. This year the judging consisted of 23 random Manatt employees. They really put a lot of serious thought, or should I say, taste into it. Prizes were: 1st place-$25.00; 2nd place-$15.00; and 3rd place-$10.00.
The winners were . . . 1st place – Becky Edelen, Brooklyn Office 2nd Place – John McKusker, Brooklyn Office 3rd Place – Nancy Ollinger, Brooklyn Office. As usual, when the official testing was over, everyone took their turns in sampling their favorite one!!! It was really hard to pick from this year. They were all good so don’t get discouraged this year if you didn’t win. There is always next year!!!! Remember everyone’s taste buds are different. If you would like your jar back, please let me know. Thanks to our great tasters and for all those who took the time to prepare and send in their salsa. CONGRATULATIONS to the winners!! Now start planning for next year!
