Well
here we are at the end of another season. All but one of the
mills have been put bed for the winter, and Brian and his crew are
hoping to be finished soon!
All
in all, the milling division managed to put together a pretty
good season, but it took a lot of hard work from everybody involved;
from Bob Burnett and myself quoting every job we could get are
hands on to Jim, Phil, Dick and Brian’s
Crews
running their rears off to meet everyone's’ schedules. All this
while still doing quality work!
I
think I've probably had more phone calls this year then ever from
contractors just wanting to say that our mills gave them some of the
finest milling work they had ever seen. That alone speaks
volumes! Customer satisfaction always seems to repay us over and
over. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!! |
Just
to give you an idea how hard these crews run in a season, I
started looking back on this past year. So far the
Manatt mills have worked on 216 different jobs this year for
37 different contractors, covering 58 of the 99 counties in
Iowa, 3 in Minnesota, 1 in Missouri and 1 in South Dakota.
This includes 7 different airports. I'm thinking these
hard working guys are ready to put there suitcases away for
the year, and rest up for the next one!
So,
from all of us in the Milling Division,
we’d like to wish you and yours the happiest of
holidays.
