I’m writing to let you know what a great experience it’s been working with your company and everyone involved.

As of yesterday, I have a newly paved driveway and am thrilled with the results.  As a person in the service industry, I’m pretty picky about service and I was totally pleased with everyone on your staff, from the ladies who answer the phone to all of the crew involved with the process.  You have a true gem in John Hugen.  He goes beyond expectations; is so thorough and polite . . . and there was another gentleman that called when we got close to the job to coordinate everything.  I’m so sorry that I don’t remember his name, but I’m sure you can find out.  He was wonderful too.

It’s becoming more and more of a rarity to receive such high quality and trustworthy service these days and I just thought you should know that you have a real treasure.  I know these things begin at the top.

Dear Ken,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you personally for all of your help on the BGM School project.  I would also like to thank Manatt’s for allowing us to use their equipment and dump the concrete on their property.  The fact that you expressed your confidence in us and also partnered with us to get this problem resolved just shows your commitment to your customers, which is greatly appreciated and made my job much easier.

 As a result of this situation I can assure you that Manatt’s will have the opportunity to supply concrete in all future projects.
