Wendling Quarries Hits the Road!

On Saturday June 16^th, in DeWitt, Iowa, a group of Wendling Quarries’ employees and family members participated in the Paul Skeffington Memorial Road Race Corporate Challenge.  Team Wendling ran in two different races, the “2” mile run/walk and the 5 mile run.  

The “2” mile run/walk team consisted of Becky House, Emily Delaney, Ron & Cindy Lehne, Kristy & Shirley Morrow, Karen Mooney, Beau Manatt, John & Will Tuthill, and Niki & Mitchel Wuestenberg.  

The “5” Mile team consisted of Piper & Tony Manatt, Nick Tuthill, and Wendell Wuestenberg.  Everyone from Team Wendling finished/survived and I believe a great time was had by all! 

Just a side note, Tony Manatt was the last member of Team Wendling to cross the finish line.  Way to go Tony!
