Occasionally I get asked, “Are we for sale?”  Or better yet, “Hear the rumor that we have been sold?”  Dad and Junie used to say, “How much did we get?”

The reason I am writing this is to let you all know:  WE ARE NOT FOR SALE.  We have elected, instead, to be the buyer of choice; constantly looking to purchase other companies interested in joining our family of companies.

Succession planning is the opposite of selling out.  It is the process of planning how the future of Manatt’s will run.  This also includes planning for unpredictable events like the untimely passing of Tom and Mike. 

Many companies who do not plan for the future fail in fulfilling the prosperous continuation of the family owned business.  We, on the other hand, have a great desire to keep on going as Manatt’s.  We are currently planning for many years into the future and hope you all want to be a part of our very special company.
