Attention:  Copper Mountain Mountain Note

Mike Manatt

As new coordinator for our condo at Copper Mountain, I have an announcement in regards to the use of the condo.

“As per the Board of Directors of Manatts, Inc., it is in agreement that only employees shall have the use of the condo. Not children or friends of employees unless the employee is present with the group. It is also suggested and implied that not more than ten (10) people use the condo at one time. Exceptions to the above shall be made only by the board in writing.”

This decision was made to clear up some concerns people had about use of the condo. It should be noted the condo use is a privilege and not a right. If you have an opportunity to use the condo, please treat the condo as your own. Mary Manatt just remodeled and the place is beautiful. Let’s keep it that way.
