I would like to take the time to thank Jamie Kriegel for all of the classes that she gives. I know that this is a part of her job, but she does this part of her job very well. I have taken many of her classes. They have helped me immensely. I am much more comfortable with using the computer. I know how to do so many more things. I am no longer afraid of my computer.

The classes have helped me with my job. They have made me much more efficient. Plus, because I know more about my computer, it takes a much shorter time to get my job done.

Because I have taken classes and feel more comfortable with my computer I do not have to bother her as much. At least I try to do it by myself first. She has a lot of patience and is only an email or a phone call away if you get stuck on something.
