If you missed signing up for a wellness screening in February, there
are some dates set up in April. All the dates in April are on Saturdays.
Contact the corresponding person listed if you’d like to make an
appointment. They are as follows:
Beginning in 2003, Manatt’s Inc., will contribute 75% towards your health insurance premium. If you participate in wellness during the year 2002, you will receive an additional 5 % discount. Just a reminder if you have a family policy, you and your spouse are required to go through wellness in order for you to receive the additional 5% discount.
