The year 2002 marked a significant milestone in the life of Ray Hartgrave as the end of the season brought about his retirement. If you or your employees are injured on the job, you must report the injury to your Supervisor, Foreman or Worker’s Compensation Coordinator immediately (the same day). If the injury requires more than first aid, you will be required to go to either the emergency room or a Company Doctor. The following Medical Facilities are designated providers for Manatt’s Worker’s Compensation Claims. These sites are set up for handling injuries that happen on the job to our employees.
We periodically set up other Doctors for specific jobs. Please let me know if you need this done for you. We expect you to go to the designated medical facility if you are working in the area they are assigned. If you fail to report your injury immediately, or fail to go to a designated medical facility, you may be denied payment of your claim. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.
