Some of our family and friends
organized a team called “Austin’s Crusaders” in
memory of my son, Austin, who passed away from
complications of leukemia this past June. Other
Manatt employees are helped the cause by walking
were Sandy McAntire and Deb White.
The people who have battled or
are currently battling blood cancer are the real
heroes. We need your support to help accelerate
cures and give hope to patients and their
families. Although research is responsible for
increasing survival rates for these diseases,
the battle is far from over. Did you know that:
Every five minutes, someone in this country is
diagnosed with blood cancer: Every ten minutes,
someone loses the fight.
Leukemia is the leading cause of cancer death
among children and young adults under the age of
20.
Lymphomas are the most common blood cancers.
The myeloma survival rate is only 32 percent.
Please make a donation to support
our participation in the Light The Night Walk.
By doing so, we will all help save lives. If
you wish to make a pledge, we’d gladly accept
whatever amount you’d like to give. By doing
so, you may be helping someone live a longer,
happier life.
Even though the walk has been completed, you can
make a pledge online with a credit card by going
to one of our websites. It doesn’t matter whose
website you donate to as it goes for the same
cause and that’s what is most important.
