This is a view from the South where the Hospitality Village area is located looking to the North. This is the view from the top of the suites where the track spotters for each team will view the track. Work continues on the catch fence and grandstands. The blue and yellow coloring of the Rusty Wallace grandstand is prominently visible as they near completion. Flooring and riser are being placed on the Manatts section of the grandstands. A view from the North end looking South. This is the view looking west toward the airport. Asphalt is being laid on the parking and vendor areas. The asphalt between the ticket (blue) building and grandstands is waiting for the structural contractors to move out of that area. Most of the asphalt work is done in the infield area. Another view from the roof shows a significantly different scene when compared to August 16th. A view from the top row of the Manatts grandstand section. The Hooters Pro Cup racing services and racing teams are lined up at 6 a.m. waiting to enter the infield to prepare for the race just over 36 hours away.
