All full time employees who work at least 1000 hours the previous year, will have their life insurance coverage paid by Manatt's Inc. beginning on January 1 of the following year or the first of the month after they return to work. The Company will continue to pay for the employee's life insurance coverage, including layoff not to exceed six (6) months, provided the employee works at least 1000 hours the preceding year.

This coverage is $20,000 for the employee, $10,000 for employee’s spouse, $10,000 for each dependent child (birth - 19 yrs or age 25 if full time student ).
