Employees who work at least 1000 hours the previous year, will have their short term disability coverage paid by Manatt's, Inc. beginning on January 1 of the following year or the first of the month after they return to work. The Company will continue to pay for the employee's short term disability coverage, including layoff not to exceed six (6) months, provided the employee works at least 1000 hours the preceding year.

The plan provides for payment of $300 per week not to exceed 26 weeks, whenever the employee is unable to work because of a non-work related accident or illness. A physician's statement of disability will be required.

Disability payments are not available if drawing unemployment.
