Manatts is dependent upon their employees for the success of the company. They wish to show their appreciation for that success by extending a comprehensive Wellness Program to all employees. Health care costs, productivity, absenteeism, and work-comp claims are all affected by the wellness of employees. Simply stated, if we are healthier and more productive, we will all share in the success.

The Wellness Program includes a confidential health screening that is intended to give employees an AWARENESS of their health. It is NOT intended to be a complete physical exam.

Employees and spouses who opt to enroll into the Manatt Group Health Plan are required to participate in the Wellness Program (health screening) once per calendar year. It is a voluntary benefit for all other employees.
