2025 BRAVO Awards

Manatt’s is proud to be recognized with the 2025 Bravo Award from the Associated General Contractors of Iowa, honoring our commitment to community service and outreach. This recognition reflects how our teams live out our values every day—by investing time, resources, and care into the communities where we live and work.

Throughout 2025, Manatt’s employees supported local students and schools through our ongoing partnership with iJAG, engaging more than 150 students through onsite tours, career exploration, resume support, and mentorship opportunities. Our teams also came together to support BGM Elementary through a back-to-school supply drive, helping ensure students had the tools they needed to start the school year prepared and confident.

In addition to supporting education, Manatt’s employees focused on meeting essential community needs. Teams donated more than 450 pounds of food and over $430 to local food pantries through our annual Food Truck Food Drive and Count on Kindness program, while the East Leadership Team continued its quarterly volunteer commitment at the River Bend Food Bank. Environmental stewardship remained a priority as well, with community cleanup efforts in Elk Run Heights and an Electronics Clean-Out that responsibly recycled more than 2,100 pounds of electronic waste.

Together, these efforts demonstrate Manatt’s commitment to strengthening communities, supporting future generations, and creating a positive, lasting impact beyond the jobsite.
