To establish credit with our company it will be necessary for you, or your organization, to fill out one of our credit applications below. One may be obtained at any of our offices or plant locations, or by downloading the form. Credit applications must be submitted prior to establishing an open account with Manatt’s. Upon approval of the credit application, we will notify you by email or phone.

Net due 30 days from the date of invoice
Discounts are allowed only if paid in 30 days from date of invoice
Accounts that are 60 days or more past due are on C.O.D. basis until the account is brought to a current status
Service charges are calculated at 1.5% per month on all invoices over 30 days old.
